Come Join us for the first pour of CB’s Krysztoff Baltic Porter! On Thursday, April 5th we will be re-releasing the award winning CB’s Krysztoff Baltic Porter at Custom Brewcrafters in Honeoye Falls. The first pour will be at 5:00PM. During the first pour party we will be serving goblets of Krysztoff for $3.50 at the tasting room bar, goblet tickets may be purchased from 4:30PM to 5:15PM. Krysztoff will also be available all weekend long at The Pint and Goblet Tavern, which is located in Custom brewcrafters’ tasting room, while supplies last.

In February, Custom Brewcrafters was rewarded with the 2011 Beer Of The Year By The New York Cork Report for Signature Series Krysztoff Baltic Porter. This beer was originally released in late 2010 as a Signature Series beer, if you know anything about our Signature Series, you know that they are big beers that are intended to be released only once. Because this is an award winning beer we decided here at Custom Brewcrafters to break the rules and make another batch.

For this brew, we filled the mash-tun twice with the finest malted barley, crystal and chocolate malts. We then added Magnum and Mount Hood hops to the brew kettle to balance this beer and give it a whisper of hop flavor. Krysztoff is suited to be served in a snifter, allowing your hand to warm the contents to release the subtle aromatics and flavors of toffee, caramel, chocolate and raisins. This beer has a smooth, warming finish.
