CB’s Signature Series Margaux Belgian Tripel Ale We approached this Signature Series offering coming out of a gorgeous, unseasonably warm Western New York Spring. We decided on the name “Margaux” to capture the essence of how beautiful things are here once the blustery winter winds and weather pass and things come alive again. Margaux, translates to “pearl” in Flemish, and this Belgian-style Abbey Tripel Ale is quite the shiny pearl. Straw in color and unfiltered, this strong ale commands respect. Light fruity esters created by the Trappist yeast strain mingle with hints of Belgian brewing spices to create a devious flavor that calls for more. But be warned, she packs a punch! Although we can’t guarantee the Summer will be as nice as the Spring of 2012, we are confident you will love this wonderful Belgian style treat. Proost! 8.9% ABV
